It is shown with a Heart in a Heart charm which is not included in the price. You may add as many charms as you would like to this bracelet, see ordering process to add charms. A sterling silver square picture frame charm with the God Daughters picture in it would be lovely! The letters blocks on the Godmother bracelet are 5.5mm. You can have as many letters as will fit.
